Semester 2 Elective Schedule Change Requests

Students were given their semester 2 schedules during advisory on Monday, November 28th. They have until Monday, December 5th 9:00 p.m. to request any changes to semester electives. These requests MUST be submitted through the google form below and no other method will be considered. Requests will not be accepted pass the deadline.

Bobby Bragan Scholarship

The Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation Scholarship Program recognizes outstanding 8th grade students each year by awarding the promise of a $2,500 college scholarship to selected students. This scholarship is to be redeemed once the student has graduated from high school and is enrolled in college.
In the fall of each year, 8th grade students are asked to apply for a scholarship by completing as application which includes extensive information about their academic achievements, athletics activities, and extracurricular and community involvement from 6th through 8th grades. Each student is also required to write an essay of his or her favorite role model. Each participating school then nominated the two most worthy applications for consideration by the Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation. On average, a total of 225 applications are collected from school counselors and teachers for consideration each year.
Scholarship winners, remaining finalists, and school counselors and staff are notified of the results in March. All finalists and winners are recognized and honored at the Scholarship Celebration in April.
The Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation continues to communicate with its winners, encouraging them to do their best during their high school years. Many students go on to apply for other scholarships during their junior and senior years, thereby maximizing their potential for a quality education.
